Green Belt vs. Black Belt Training
Both Green Belt and Black Belt training introduce participants to Six Sigma tools and roadmaps. Green Belt training focuses on introducing the roadmap and on delivering the basic tools needed to solve many problems throughout an organization.
Black Belt training expands on the same roadmaps and includes a wider variety of statistical and non-statistical tools. The training project will have a broader scope and take place over a longer period.
