Our Change Management workshop is a 1/2 day event.

Many staff members are entirely in favor of process improvement … until it affects their routine and way of working. This half-day workshop focuses on the key methods and tools for leading change. Using real-life case studies, it outlines concrete steps you can take to involve your people and enlist their support for process improvement. This workshop is based on the Change Integration Process, created at Johnson & Johnson to ensure consistently successful organizational change.

This workshop will help participants build competencies as change agents and identify the gap between current change management activities and what is truly required to build maximum results. Participants will:

• Recognize the importance and challenges of managing change.
• Learn about critical factors in the successful deployment of change.
• Discover the steps and levers of the Change Integration Process.
• Apply simple tools to your change initiative.

The workshop includes case studies, “real-life” examples, and extensive application.
