Consulting Services
ValuMetrix Services offers consulting in three fundamental areas of Process Excellence. We provide the training and mentoring your team needs to successfully complete a project. Your people then have the tools and experience to conduct subsequent projects on their own (with supplemental support, as needed, from our consultants).
What do ValuMetrix Consultants do?
ValuMetrix Services provides the on-site mentoring, tools and training for a successful journey with Process Excellence.
Do we conduct your project for you?
No. We teach your people how to do it, so you can apply the same techniques to additional areas of your organization. We don’t give you a fish; we teach you how to fish. (Not only that, we give you the poles, hooks and line – or in this case, the analytical tools and techniques you will need to conduct subsequent projects on your own.)
Do we run a quick training session and leave a thick binder behind?
No. We conduct a thorough analysis of your process to determine where you could achieve the fastest, most dramatic gains. After helping you gain buy-in from management, we train your team and take it step-by-step through a successful project. Our mentors roll up their sleeves and work with your team, helping you implement changes, get past any initial resistance and measure the outcome. When we leave, you have tangible results you can quantify – and freshly trained people who can repeat their success story throughout your facility.
Who are our consultants?
Our experienced consulting professionals bring Process Excellence skills combined with healthcare expertise to your organization. We come from a variety of backgrounds, some are former healthcare administrators who specialize in quality improvement, others have worked in manufacturing. In each case your consultant has years of experience with process improvement in a real-life setting and the resources and experiences of their Johnson & Johnson colleagues to apply to your organization.
