Equip your people to lead process improvement projects on a larger scale. VALUMETRIX Black Belt candidates begin by completing the Green Belt Training program and project. They are then eligible to attend Black Belt Bridge training. The Black Belt Bridge program includes an additional two weeks of classroom training covering more advanced Six Sigma statistical tools. Certification criteria includes the completion of a second, more broadly scoped project.

Just as with Green Belt Training, an Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics (OCD) certified Master Black Belt is assigned to each candidate as a mentor. Throughout the project period, they are on call to advise, answer questions and provide guidance.
