ValuMetrix® Services is an international consulting and training service that helps healthcare organizations improve quality, reduce costs and enhance their revenue.

Our Approach
ValuMetrix Services helps its clients apply Process Excellence, a systematic approach to quality improvement developed by our parent company, Johnson & Johnson. Process Excellence combines the tools and methodologies of:
- Six Sigma – measuring and reducing your error and defect rate.
- Lean – eliminating waste to speed your work flow and deliver better value.
- Design Excellence – incorporating best practices during the design stages of a process, so that it flows efficiently with minimal opportunities for waste or error.
Johnson & Johnson has been applying Process Excellence internally in 1997. Since then, the methodology has generated well over a $1 billion in added revenue and saved costs for the company. Today, every member of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies has its own Process Excellence team.
Our History
ValuMetrix Services originally began as the internal Process Excellence team at Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics. To help customers make the most of the diagnostic equipment they purchased, the team began conducting process improvement projects at Ortho client locations. While clients had world-class equipment, they were running in an inefficient process and weren't achieving world class results. Today ValuMetrix Services provides solutions to Operating Rooms, Emergency Departments, and other areas within the healthcare facility.
